The sweet taste of lychee could be a perfect complement with its added burst of sweet and sour flavors to the sauce. The pork tasted “sweet” much more than “sour”. Still good but not perfect.
誠如餐牌所言，真的有荔枝，不過只有幾粒，個人認為可以有更多。雖然加了糖醋，但感覺不夠酸，做不到酸酸甜甜的口感。
